Saturday: embarkation at the modern Club Nautic Sant Antoni de Portmany, welcome drink and time to settle aboard, do the initial shopping, have an aperitif at the famous Café del Mar – also known as the Sunset bar and time to chill to the excellent music. Dinner and then dancing in one of the numerous discos. Sleep on board at anchor.
Sunday: after breakfast on board, we sail for the wooded and wild northern side of the island. Sail to the Bay of Portinax for a swim and lunch, after which we sail along the northeast coast of the island which is rocky and dotted with pine trees. We visit Cala Ses Caletes, the Island of Talagao and sail as far as Cala Longa. Here, we,ll stop for a swim and watch the Puesta del Sol. During the early evening we go into the port of Ibiza. After a typical Ibiza dinner of Paella and fried salted cod, we will visit the Old Town which is a maze of small streets, overhung by colorful balconies, and then the port area where you spend the whole night to the sound of underground music.
Monday: After breakfast and a swim we set off for Formentera. We will stop at the Island of Espardell for a relaxing swim in the turquoise-blue waters near the white-sand beach. After this we head for the Island of Espalmador where we stop for an invigorating swim in the Mud Lake. After lunch we set sail for Playa di Ses Illetas, on the northwestern point of the Island of Formentera, to watch a beautiful sunset in the exciting part of the island, the “Big Sure Life”. Dinner and overnight stay.
Tuesday: After breakfast and a swim in the crystal waters of Es Cavall d’en Borras, near the Sabine woods, and then we head for Porto di La Savina where you can hire scooters and bikes for a tour of the island. We can visit the lagoon of Estany des Peix, the lighthouses at La Mola and Cap de Barbaria. The villages of San Ferran, Sant Augustin de Es Calò, San Francesc, Es Pujols and their hippy markets. You will also see the salt marshes, the dunes, the Sabine woods, the windmills and the Megalithic village. Dinner and overnight stay.
Wednesday: After breakfast we have a swim at Punta de sa Pedrera, a beach where the water is both colbalt and turquoise and seagulls and cormorants play. Next, a stop at Cala Sahona between the rocks of Punta Rosa. From there, we sail to the tranquil Playa Mitjorn, stop for lunch and a swim at the nearby seashell beach of Playa S’Arenal and then watch the sunset at Cala des Mort. Dinner, midnight swim and overnight stay at anchor.
Thursday: Breakfast and a swim in the turquoise waters of Es Calò. We will then sail north-west passing Ses Platgetes, see the tower at Punta Prima and then pass by a natural arch and head on to the beach of Es Pujols for lunch overlooking the little islands that stand in front of the beach. Further up the coast, we’ll stop for a swim in the deep-blue waters of the beach at Sa Rocheta before anchoring at Las Salinas for an exciting evening at Es Pujols. After an aperitif at Bananas & Co, and dinner at the famous Maccheroni, we dance the night away at the Sueno discoteque.
Friday: Breakfast and swim at Playa de Levant before sailing on to Cala d’Hort for lunch in the little bays - some sandy, some rocky. Further out to sea we will visit the rocks of Es Vedrà and Es Vedranell, home to wild goats and birds of prey, and a preferred destination of hippies and the New Age generation. After this we will sail west and then stop at the beautiful inlets of Cala Badella and cala Codolà before going on to the beautiful, deserted Island of Conejera – loved in particular, by sub-aqua divers. We will then head northwest along the coast to San Antonio where you will spend the night at anchor with your new friends.
Saturday: After breakfast, disembarkation by 9.00am at Club Nautic Sant Antoni de Portmany.
