A tour in one of our sailing boat among the Aeolian Islands. Panarea: Renowned both for its nightlife and the natural beauty of its sea beds – ideal for snorkeling. All-in-all, The Aeolian Islands are a combination of volcanos, blue waters, nightlife and tranquility, natural beauty and trendy clubs – everything you could wish for on a Summer cruise!

Base: Marina di Tropea, Saturday, 5pm. to Saturday, 9 am.

Saturday: welcome on board with a toast in the afternoon, time to pack your gear away in your cabin, and a quick briefing on the week’s itinerary, the ship’s instruments and the purchase of supplies. 4-hour sail to Stromboli, where we arrive in the evening. Dinner on board followed by a night-time sail to the North of the Island to see the "Sciara di fuoco", lava and red-hot pumice stones that fall all the way down the mountain to the sea. Overnight stay at anchor at Fico Grande, in front of the village, where the gentle swell rocks you to sleep.

Sunday: breakfast on board, a refreshing swim and a visit to the Island. May we recommend the "Granita di Mandorle" (an iced almond drink) at the bar "Ingrid" in the piazzetta where you get a fantastic view of Strombolicchio. After returning to the boat, time for a swim at the Spiaggia Nera, a beach with shiny black volcanic sand. Lunch on board and then we set sail for the Island of Panarea, ten miles away.On arriving, we visit the Neolithic village at Punta Milazzese from which you can admire the beautiful Cala Junco with its spectacular sea bed. After dinner and we visit the colorful island.Overnight stay either at anchor or at a buoy in front of the village.

Monday: breakfast on board, and then a swim at the Lisca Bianca with its steam spouts and caves, followed by a visit to the nearby rocks – Dattilo, Lisca Nera and Bottaro. Basiluzzo, with its Roman ruins on the sea bed, is of particular interest. After lunch we set sail for the Island of Vulcano, where we arrive in time for an aperitif in the Baia di Porta di Levante. Dinner at a restaurant and visit to the Island or alternatively, dinner on board and a night-time swim in the warm thermal waters of the bay. Overnight stay at anchor.

Tuesday:after breakfast on board we take a trip to visit the Gran Cratere di Vulcano (The main Crater) or alternatively, we take a dip in the warm sulphur mud pond and then rinse off in the warm sea nearby. Back on board, we circumnavigate the island, stopping to visit the Grotta del Cavallo and have a swim in the "Piscina di Venere" (Venus’ pool), with its spectacular sea bed. After lunch we set sail for the Island of Filicudi,where we arrive in the late afternoon. After mooring at Pecorini Mare, we take a swim in the transparent blue waters in front of the village, before going for the "Happy Hour" at the trendy "Salon" and a meal in the elegant restaurant on the beach. Amongst its specialities are the fresh fish Tartar and fish Carbonara. After dinner you might like to go to the "Yacht Club", where you can listen to good music while laying on giant cushions under the stars. Overnight stay at anchor.

Wednesday: after breakfast on board, we take a swim by the "Canna", an 85 meter high obelisk that rises straight out of the crystal blue sea, and then visit the "Bue Marino", cave before setting sail for the island of Salina. On arriving at Salina, we stop for a swim in the wonderful Bay of Pollara (where they shot scenes from the film "Il Postino") and then on to Punta Lingua for lunch "Da Alfredo", where you can try his world-famous "Pane Cunzato" (an enormous salad on a large round, flat, rustic type of bread) or one of his superb "Granite" (granulated ice fruit drinks). Alternatively, we can stop for lunch and shopping at Santa Maria di Salina. After lunch, all back on board and off to the Island of Lipari where we arrive in the early evening. Dinner and then a visit to the colorful, bustling town. Overnight stay at Porto di Marina Grande di Lipari.

Thursday: breakfast on land at the famous cake shop "Subba", where you can try traditional Sicilian cakes. After that, a walk around the town to visit the Baroque castle and the Cathedral or, if you prefer, to do some shopping. After visiting the town of Lipari, all back on board for a sail up the coast to Canneto for a swim in the crystal clear turquoise waters of the Spiaggia Bianca (so called because of the white pumice powder that covers the cliffs, the beach and the sea bed). Lunch on board while admiring this Lunar landscape and then on to the island of Panarea. Dinner on board or in one of the Island’s many excellent restaurants and overnight stay at anchor or on a buoy. Friday:breakfast on board, and then we set sail for Stromboli. On arrival, we stop at Ginostra for lunch and a relaxing swim before setting off for Tropea, where we arrive in the late afternoon. Dinner on board and an exciting evening in the club in the Marina, or alternatively, dinner in the Old Town of Tropea, where its restaurants and clubs bustle with young people from all over the world. Overnight stay on board in the Port of Tropea.

Saturday: breakfast on board. After breakfast, guests are asked to leave the boat by 10.00am.
